This Blog is not meant for reading. I repeat. NOT MEANT FOR READING.

look at the date of my last post. interesting isn't it? i lost interest in blogging over the months and hence i stopped posting.

to whoever who might have come here. thank you.

just to update about myself, i'm currently studying at NYP nursing course Year 1.

yes, I used to be from Serangoon Junior college but I didn't make it for Promotion to JC2 so I had to repeat JC1. I believed that I had tried my very best to do well but my efforts were just futile. So I decided to move on, change course and pursue my diploma in nursing instead of wasting time again repeating JC1.

However, I don't see it as a big failure in life for not making it in SRJC. I take it as a lesson learnt. I had a great time and lots of learning experiences in SRJC. The endless support given by the teachers gave me the will and encouragement to keep going and never to give up when things get tough. I have great friends there too. My achievement in Taekwondo is one of the highlights in life. Camp Aspire really taught me how to be a good leader. Of all the leadership camps I've attended, this is the most meaningful camp ever. Will Run broke my record in life where I ran 12km for charity.

Memories will stay as memories. Moving on with life now, life in Nanyang poly is great! I'm coping well with my course and it's much more fun than JC life.

Having 5 weeks holiday now til 17 oct. 18 oct will be the start of the 2nd semester. Meaning, the start of my duty as being the assistant class leader. And the start of more projects and projects and assignments and e-learning.

Join taekwondo! it'll make you super flexible you'll turn out to be like a rubber band. LOL.

we, the white belters, just went for grading last Saturday. how was it? nahh..it's perfectly alrite if we practiced hard for the patterns. i was super excited to come up to the judge and show off what we've been practicing for these past few weeks..

sorry people for not updating blog for ages. i just can't find the time to update. furthermore, MYE are coming and i got truckloads of tests coming up.

how's life? well, been failing a lot for tests and H2 chemistry is a complete killer. especially when it comes to chemical bonding. project work is a killer too. whatever we do is never good enough. well, that's project work.

anyway, all the taekwondo people are going for competition this 28th May. as for me, i'm going for individual and Girls Group Division. same goes for Khairiyah. Zaid is going for Boys Group Division.

and how's my younger brother? he's perfectly fine rite now. just that he has some phobia of motorcycles, even though the bike is just moving at slow speed..he would grap my hand and grasp it so tightly when crossing the road. and then i would squeeze his hand and make him go "OUCH!"

so much things to talk about now. will update some other time.

POOR GUY.

in case you don't know, that's my younger brother, named Muhd Ridha.

he met with an accident with a motorcycle last week after school.
happened on the bus stop 28 where there's a divider.
according to him, he crossed in front of a bus and he didn't notice an oncoming motorcycle beside the bus.
so that's how the bike hit him, and got him rolling down the road which caused him to bang his head and then had a minor concussion.

he had some abrasions as well on his head and knees but they all dried up already.
as you can see, his right arm is bandaged, not cast.
there's no hairline crack on any of his hands but since he's still in a growing state, his bones are still soft and hence he got his arms bandaged just for support.

well, thankfully the Eurasian guy who hit him wasn't speeding. and THANKFULLY it wasn't any Macdonald bikers who thinks the road belonged to their fathers.

Luckily, he's all fine now. perfectly alrite :)
he's going back to school tomorrow with bandaged arms. and will definitely be surrounded by people who witnessed the accident.

as for me, in case you're still wondering what happened to my stitches, it just leaves a hideous scar on my forehead. if you don't really look into it, some people don't even notice it. but i find it very obvious la. i'm so going for laser treatment when i grow up.

LOOK!

Photobucket

LOOK EVEN CLOSER

Photobucket

LOOK VERY CLOSELY.

Photobucket

painful? VERY.

When it happened?

Wednesday. 4 march 2009, 8.30am, during our PE period.

What happened?

We were doing a reaction drill whereby me and my partner have to face each other and try to touch each others knees. Without any warning, we both bent down at the same time and knocked into each others heads. Unfortunately for me, my forehead hit her head with great force.

at first, i felt water dripping down my face which i thought was my sweat from the previous 2 rounds around the track. but then, when i removed my hand from my forehead, i saw cherry-red coloured blood encompassing my palm.

the great impact made me feel like fainting and everywhere around me seemed so blur. my partner then pulled me to my teacher and i stayed strong by just sitting down, lift my head, and closed my eyes.

even more blood was gushing out from the wound and it trickled down my face and eyes, dripping down my chin and flowed down my neck. in malay "darah meleleh2"

worse, i was facing the track where people who ran pass me could see my monstrous face.
according to my friends, there was really a lot of blood. after my teacher cleaned my face, i saw the uncountable amount of gauze used, soiled with blood.

my PE teacher, Mr Bernard Tan then bandage my forehead to apply direct pressure. i felt much better then. but of course, i was still bearing the pain.

THEN?

He brought me to the nearest clinic first but the doctor referred me to SGH since they have a specialist for skin care.

i had to do a urine test and when i was in the toilet, i took an opportunity to see my wound. only me, mr tan and the doctor witnessed my terrible cut.

i received an injection on my left hand to prevent any infection on the wound. this just reminds me of the pri 6 injection.

after that, i had to go for an X-ray, in case i fractured my skull. thankfully, there's no hairline fracture. thank you milk.

so i went in for my stitches. the doctor bused me 3 times and i think the buse didn't spread properly cause when he poke the needle, i can feel the sharp point of the needle.

he pulled my skin like nobody's business and i laid there helplessly bearing the pain of the needle. luckily, i only felt the sharp point on certain parts of my face.

i received 7 stitches.

then Mr Tan sent me back home. I'm really sorry Mr Tan for causing you trouble. And I'm really sorry 1s25 girls cause you all have to run 8 rounds around the track, just because you all were handed over to another teacher.

i'm going to SGH again this Monday to open up the stitches. looks like i have to take an early leave on that day.

how exactly i got a cut just by hitting somebody's head remains a mystery. it's not like as if she was wearing a hairband of hair clip. it was just her head. interesting eh?

lesson learnt. never be too hyperactive during PE.

*scar, please go away...

HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY ZAID!!!! [28th Feb]

Photobucket
my PINK Nike shoes.

my PE teacher labelled me as "The girl in shocking shoes".
Zaid said he felt like puking once he saw my bright, striking coloured shoes.
pffffttt..! i don't care. i still love my favorite coloured shoes which is my birthday gift from my aunt and uncle.

people who don't love pink will definitely not like it. haha. but people who are obsessed in pink, will go crazy over it.

RAINBOW.

it has been raining in the evening nowadays and good luck to those people who don't bring umbrella to school. i'm a good girl. i listen to my mama and will always bring umbrella wherever i go. (yeah, rite)

i'm really sorry to the 2 people from Iza's class who had recently lost their fathers. just stay strong and let fate be on the hands of our god. don't let your emotions affect your daily lives and make your daddy proud by doing your very best for your olevels. :)

last friday, our school had the Parent-teacher dialogue session and while the parents had the talk made by the principal, we the children, had to go to the lecture room for our GP lesson. and i even prepared myself with lecture book and GP materials and all we did in the room was watch a movie called "Rwanda Hotel". that's all. i think that's the best lecture i ever had. the movie reminded me of our Social studies lesson where we had to do SBQ question on that country.

we went to Arab Street just now to have our breakfast cum lunch at Wisuri. heard of it before? neither do i. due to my grumbling stomach, i just gobbled up any dishes my mom ordered. plain rice with lots of dishes like rendang, sotong, pucuk ubi etc etc.

i'm so begging my mom to go Arab Street again to buy cloth their. i fell in love with some beautifully designed cloths for raya this year. haha. advanced planning.

alrite2. i have to go and do my econs homework now. damn.
i must love econs. i must love econs. i must love econs. i must love econs. i hate econs.
